We recently purchased a home with Ben's help, and he was amazingly helpful to us! We were first-time home buyers AND buying from out of state, and Ben helped guide us through the process and get the perfect home for us. He knows a lot about the area and what was available, he was very communicative (immediate responses basically every time we contacted him!) and just a really nice guy on top of it all. He was right on top of the market and we saw our house within hours of it being listed. He helped us make a competitive but reasonable offer on our house - there were many offers and ours was successful! He then helped us negotiate and get through all the little details. I never want to move from our house, but if I ever do I will definitely call Ben. I would highly recommend to anyone.

He was diligent throughout the process, listened to my concerns, and replied back to my text and emails any time a day. He provided great insight while I was looking at homes. He is very informed about old houses. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about the house I was purchasing. Whilst I was under contract, he helped me with the renovation process.
